Returns
How to do a return:
We get it. Sometimes things just don't work out. If you are unhappy with your order, we are happy to accept a return within 30 days of its receipt. Please contact us via email at mrhat@hathabit.com and a representative will get back to you within 48 hours.
*If your hat is too big please consider purchasing a Hat Resizer which can reduce your hat's size by up to one full size.
*The hat(s) must be returned to our facility new, unworn, and in its original packaging.
*We do not issue refunds for insectiscreen, used hat resizer, or chincords.
If there is an issue such as a defect or damaged item please contact us at mrhat@hathabit.com before sending any item back and representative will get back to you within 48 hours. As a courtesy to shoppers during Christmas, we extend our return policy during the months of December and January.
Refunds will be tendered to the original payment method. It may take 3-4 days for the return to be processed and another 5-7 days for the money to appear in your account (it's usually less).
